Shaana Gripp is a seasoned dental technician, educator, and creative force in the lab world, currently serving as Manager of Product Experience at Harvest Dental. With over 24 years in the broader dental field and 11 years specializing in dental laboratory work, Shaana brings deep technical knowledge combined with a passion for aesthetics and innovation. Her journey began in the dental practice environment, transitioned into lab-based CAD/CAM design and ceramic restorations, and today she merges craftsmanship, digital design, teaching, and product development.At Harvest Dental, Shaana partners with dental labs and clinical teams to explore new materials, workflows, photography and communication techniques, and she leads hands-on training sessions and content for technicians globally.Shaana’s specialties include full-arch hybrid restorations, ceramic aesthetics, workflow optimization, and coaching of lab technicians and clinicians to bridge the gap between digital and analogue and provide restorations that are both functional and beautiful. Her mission is to empower technicians, dealers, and dentists by offering practical solutions, honest education, and high-quality products—so every restoration maximizes value, meets patient needs, and reduces remakes.
Mike Archibald is a master ceramist, educator and founder committed to elevated aesthetic dental laboratory work. With over 30 years in the industry, he brings an artistic sensibility and clinical awareness to every case. Growing up under the mentorship of his father, John Archibald, and the renowned Dr. Gordon Christensen, Mike developed a deep understanding of material science, function and artistry in fixed restorations.His career includes managing large in-house labs and hands-on solo work, giving him rare insight into both the technician bench and the clinical chair-side environment. As founder of “Mike Archibald Dental Studio” and “50 Shades Dental Studio”, he provides fully customized restorative solutions, coaches dental labs, technicians and doctors on their workflows, photography, communication, and smile-design artistry. Mike’s philosophy is rooted in integrity, craftsmanship and collaboration; he believes that the best results come when technician, dentist and patient are aligned, and when the materials, process and aesthetics serve the person behind the smile. When not in the lab or classroom, Mike remains a passionate craftsman, continuously integrating nature’s forms and textures into his restorative work and ensuring each case is as unique as the individual.
Jimmy Stegall, CDT
Jimmy brings more than four decades of dental industry expertise spanning technical operations, laboratory management, and clinical education. His distinguished career includes 35 years of executive leadership at a prominent Southeast dental laboratory, where he drove growth and operational excellence. A published author and recognized Key Opinion Leader, Jimmy has delivered hundreds of continuing education programs focused on digital, implant and prosthetic restoration techniques. His contributions to the profession earned him the 2024 NADL Educator of the Year award and a faculty position at CDOCs/Spear Education. As founder and principal of Here To Serve Dental LLC, he provides technical & clinical education, advanced training, and strategic consulting to dental practices, laboratories, and manufacturers throughout North and South America, with particular emphasis on digital workflow integration and contemporary prosthetic techniques.
